Phi Kappa Tau

Phi Kappa Tau is a national fraternity with 4,700 collegiate members. The brotherhood welcomes undergraduate and graduate college students and has established 150 chapters since being founded in 1906. Malcolm Forbes (former publisher of Forbes magazine), Academy award-winning actor Paul Newman, and actor Patton Oswalt (The King of Queens) are part of a membership of 97,000 lifetime brothers. With a vision “to be recognized as a leadership organization that binds men together and challenges them to improve their campuses and the world,” the men of Phi Tau are equipped to excel.

Phi Kappa Tau is committed to leadership development. Through Men of Character Programs, Phi Kappa Tau helps brothers build useful skills in their leadership journey. Brothers partner year round with philanthropy organizations such as SeriousFun. With this cause, members volunteering their time at children’s camps, supporting youth with serious illnesses and their families.
