What are your products made out of?

Majority of our products are made with sterling silver (unless mentioned otherwise) and finished with a rhodium coating to ensure a longer lasting shine. For upkeep, we suggest polishing every so often.

Do you offer group discounts?

We do! Prices vary depending on quantity and design. For more information, please email us to get a quote!

I don't see my organization, do you take requests?

We are open to suggestions and custom creations. If you don't see your organization in our collection, please contact us. We would love to fulfill your order! Keep in mind that we need a group order of at least 10 to fulfill your request.

How does the exchange/refund process work?
For all exchanges and refunds- the order must be sent back to us. Exchanges in ring size, chain length or product- a replacement must be stated in a note along with the return.

How to send us back your product:

If you have not opened the packaged order: Write "return to sender" on the packaging label and the USPS will mail it back to us with no additional charge to you. Once we receive the package we will refund you the full amount in the form of your original payment.

If you have already received the item and the package has been opened: Please email us for a new shipping label. You may reuse the same packaging it arrived in if it is not damaged. However if it is damaged, you may need to purchase new packaging
